All booking amendments are subject to availability and applicable pricing increases. Amendments must be made outside of 14 days prior to arrival. Within 13 days of arrival, no amendments are permissible. 

Cancellations - 14 Days or More Prior to Arrival: For direct phone or online website bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $300 administration fee per apartment. All refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the deposit. 

Cancellations - 13 Days or Less Prior to Arrival: Direct phone or online website bookings cancelled 13 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. If any nights of the original booking dates and apartment are re-let, the amount re-let will be held in a hotel credit for 12 months, less the $300 administration fee per apartment, no refunds available. 

Stay Noosa strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive domestic travel insurance, including however not limited to; cover for forfeiture of deposits/payments, unfortunate medical or personal situations that prevent you from staying the booked dates or part thereof, and damage or loss to personal items. Unfortunately, we are unable to be flexible on the terms and conditions of your booking.
