Thoughtfully designed by renowned local architects, the apartment reflects a blend of Queensland coastal architecture and international influences. With full-height glass doors, operable louvres, and a focus on natural light and ventilation, the layout promotes seamless indoor-outdoor living. Every element, from the layered textures to the curated furnishings, has been intentionally chosen to balance sophistication with relaxed coastal charm.
Split across two levels, the apartment features a king-sized master suite with ensuite and private deck, and a second bedroom that can be configured with two king singles or one king bed, each with access to its own bathroom. A third bathroom is located on the upper entertaining level, where you'll find a spacious rooftop deck complete with a BBQ, bar fridge, fireplace, and sunset views.
The gourmet kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, high-end appliances, and everything you need for your stay, including coffee, tea, sugar, and milk. Additional comforts include ducted air conditioning, Smart TVs, SONOS surround sound, WI-FI, and a washer/dryer. Superior linen, plush pool towels, and luxury bathroom amenities are also provided.
Well-behaved pets are welcome, with prior approval required for age and breed. A $200 pet cleaning fee applies to cover additional cleaning procedures. Please let our team know in advance if you plan to bring your four-legged companion so we can ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
